Hot Sausage

Pork and apple sausages, baked apple and potato and pea mash.
The first thing to do is get your apples in the oven to bake. Put them in at 160C/320F they will take about 40-50 mins. You can completely core the apples but I think they look better with the tops left intact and just the bottom part of the core removed.
The potatoes can go on now and when they are about 15 mins from being ready start frying the sausages. Two or three mins before the potatoes come off add peas to the pot and boil with the potatoes for a couple of mins and then drain and mash with a little fresh mint, ground salt and pepper and about 3/4 cup of hot milk. Add another green vegetable if you wish and serve.
The pork and apple sausages were purchased from our local organic butcher and were delicious. Thankyou free range pigs.

i just wanted to let you know that those sausages remind me of no-one i have ever had sex with..thank fuck. oh, except for sex in australia but no-one expected anything from that.

which tells you something about why i moved out of the country...now that i'm jewish by injection.
